Over the year at Tandem, I led the redesign of the app that originally focused on expense splitting, and worked closely with the CEO's and engineering team to transform it into what is is now – a comprehensive tool for couples living together

After implementing a new design across the app a large focus of my time was spent to increase subscriptions and user acquisition by simplifying onboarding and testing paywalls which was a huge success.

We also shipped new collaborative features like Savings Goals, Analytics, and Todo’s which were highly requested from current users and another way to bring new users on board.
