Overview
With 25,000+ couples and $60 million in managed expenses, Tandem was ready to evolve from a couples splitting app to an all-in-one tool for partners living together.
Role and Impact
In collaboration with Turbo Design Co, I joined the team as a Product design lead for Tandem, and led the redesign of the product, launched three new features, and shipped a higher converting onboarding to support the new subscription model over the course of a year.
The redesign and new features we launched helped Tandem achieve a 5-star App Store rating and raise $3.7M in early 2024.
